I stayed in a room that felt spacious with its thoughtful design and found the fridge to be a great convenience. the location was indeed central. It allowed me easy access to various parts of the area. the staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my silly questions.
The noise from the hallway traveled easily into my room. This was a little bothersome at times.

My double room included a comfortable bed and essential furnishings . The climate control kept the room at a perfect temperature, helping me rest soundly. the daily cleaning service always ensured a fresh and orderly environment, though the furniture was a little old.

the location offered easy access to many cultural hotspots and local eateries, a very nice bonus. noviciado metro station was nearby , made navigating the city simple, though the surrounding area can get quite busy sometimes.

My room was noisy. I could hear everything happening in the reception area. phone calls and people checking in or out were clearly audible. it reminded me of a flat converted into a hotel. the noise made restful sleep difficult. a longer stay would have been unbearable. earplugs are a must!!!

The room was very clean. I also liked its central location. It was easy to get around (I enjoy walking!). The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly.
The noise from the hallway was noticeable, making it a bit difficult to sleep uninterrupted.

The accommodation has shared bathrooms. I found them to be consistently super clean. A 24-hour confectionary shop is right next door, a detail I really appreciated (I have a sweet tooth!).

The hotel was tidy and I appreciated the helpful staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I liked the central location. A metro station is just across the street.
There was a slight issue with the WiFi connection in my room. It was not very strong.
