fantastic stay near gran via!
convenient location tasty restaurants clean room double room extra bed
The location was perfect, just a hop and skip from the metro! lots of tasty restaurants were super close, i loved exploring the area (ate some great tapas!). the room was clean and big enough for me. I chose the double room extra bed.
the walls felt a tad thin, i could hear some hallway noise at times (nothing major though!).

the facility had a tidy reception area upon arrival and the staff provided options to choose daily room cleaning or maintaining complete privacy throughout the stay for each guest.

missing window malfunctioning air conditioning
the check in process was smooth.
My room was quite disappointing it did not have any windows. the air conditioning was also malfunctioning and did not cool the room at all, even with the fan on. this. I'd suggest you check your room before accepting it.

I stayed in a room that felt spacious with its thoughtful design and found the fridge to be a great convenience. the location was indeed central. It allowed me easy access to various parts of the area. the staff were friendly and helpful, answering all my silly questions.
The noise from the hallway traveled easily into my room. This was a little bothersome at times.

My double room included a comfortable bed and essential furnishings . The climate control kept the room at a perfect temperature, helping me rest soundly. the daily cleaning service always ensured a fresh and orderly environment, though the furniture was a little old.

the location offered easy access to many cultural hotspots and local eateries, a very nice bonus. noviciado metro station was nearby , made navigating the city simple, though the surrounding area can get quite busy sometimes.

The hostal provided complimentary wifi throughout the premises, allowing me to stay connected without issues, i was grateful. the 24-hour reception was reassuring. It guaranteed assistance at any time, though they don't have fancy facilities.

while the hostal doesn't have its restaurant, numerous cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away. these nearby dining options offered a taste of local cuisine. many of them stay open late which i found very handy, though it's worth looking closely at reviews beforehand.

constant noise poor soundproofing
My room was noisy. I could hear everything happening in the reception area. phone calls and people checking in or out were clearly audible. it reminded me of a flat converted into a hotel. the noise made restful sleep difficult. a longer stay would have been unbearable. earplugs are a must!!!

The room was very clean. I also liked its central location. It was easy to get around (I enjoy walking!). The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly.
The noise from the hallway was noticeable, making it a bit difficult to sleep uninterrupted.

the location was excellent, very close to gran via. the staff was helpful and friendly. my room included a firm, comfortable bed and nice pillows. clear instructions made check in simple.
the extractor fan in the bathroom made A TERRIBLE noise when i turned the light on.

The hotel was tidy and I appreciated the helpful staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. I liked the central location. A metro station is just across the street.
There was a slight issue with the WiFi connection in my room. It was not very strong.
